Antique floorboard

Antique floorboard is among the materials needed for the renovation of stairs, floors, and wooden floors. The term boarding indicates precisely the planking or plank plane that serves as the base for walls or floors. Traditionally, they are distinguished:

• blinda planking, used for walls and perimeter walls (which in ancient construction are referred to as “walls of scope”) and consisting of beams stacked lengthwise;
• boarded plank, consisting of a wooden frame with beams joined by panels, also made of wood; framed plank, when we have a wooden frame filled with bricks.

Antique planking is supplied to make partial or total replacements or refurbishments, maintaining the original aesthetic appearance of the structure that will house it. It lends itself to a plethora of applications, both in terms of wood floors and beams, as well as stair coverings, counters and wall supports.
